Joke 4 - Baby on Bus

English Transliteration Hebrew
Tamar and her baby get on a bus. ta-mar ve-ha-ti-nok she-la o-lim le-o-to-bus. תמר והתינוק שלה עולים לאוטובוס.
As she was paying for the ticket, the bus driver looks at the baby and says: be-o-da me-sha-le-met a-vur ha-kar-tis, na-hag ha-o-to-bus mis-ta-kel al ha-ti-nok ve-o-mer: בעודה משלמת עבור הכרטיס, נהג האוטובוס מסתכל על התינוק ואומר:
“That’s the ugliest baby I’ve ever seen.” ze ha-ti-nok ha-ma-gil be-yo-ter she-ra-i-ti ei pa-am. "זה התינוק המגעיל ביותר שראיתי אי פעם."
Tamar is very angry, but she doesn’t respond. ta-mar ko-e-set me-od, a-val lo me-gi-va. תמר כועסת מאוד, אבל לא מגיבה.
She finds an open seat, sits down, and says to the man next to her: hi mo-tset ma-kom pa-nui mit-ya-she-vet, ve-o-me-ret la-a-dam she-yo-shev le-ya-da: היא מוצאת מקום פנוי, מתיישבת, ואומרת לאדם שיושב לידה:
“I don’t believe it. The bus driver just insulted me.” a-ni lo ma-a-mi-na. na-hag ha-o-to-bus he-e-liv o-ti ka-re-ga. "אני לא מאמינה. נהג האוטובוס העליב אותי כרגע."
The man replies, “Don’t let him get away with that. ha-a-dam a-na, al tit-ni lo le-hit-kha-mek mi-ze. האדם ענה: "אל תתני לו להתחמק מזה.
You should tell him off. at tsri-kha lin-zof bo. את צריכה לנזוף בו.
Go ahead and do it now. Don’t worry, I’ll hold your monkey for you.” le-khi ve-ta-a-si et ze akh-shav. al ti-da-gi, a-ni akh-zik lakh et ha-kof. לכי ותעשי את זה עכשיו. אל תדאגי, אני אחזיק לך את הקוף."
